Kelly Rockquemore: President and Founder

Kelly, who resides in Tampa, Florida with husband Marc & son Dax, has been a hair designer & salon business owner for more than 20-years in the Tampa area, and has long been recognized as one of Tampa’s top authorities on advanced hair color & hi-lighting techniques. Kelly is very passionate about nurturing and mapping-out the growth & development of young salon professions: on a personal, spiritual, and profession level.
Personal note: Kelly is an amateur gourmet-cook, enjoys painting on canvas, and loves being outdoors; especially either at the beach or gardening at home.

Marc Rockquemore: CEO

Marc, a native of Jackson, Michigan, moved to Florida in 1989, and has been involved in New Identities Hair Studios since 2000. Marc is a former Financial Consultant with both Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Merrill Lynch (both of Tampa), and a graduate of University of South Florida - School of Business. Within the organization, Marc is most passionate about Marketing, Public Relations, and giving back to the surrounding Tampa Bay community.
Personal Note: Marc is a musician, enjoys physical fitness, and spending time with his wife and son: Kelly & Dax.

Cindy Walters: Shareholder & Hair Designer

Cindy, a graduate of University of South Florida (Anthropology & Sociology), has been a stylist since 1993, and joined New Identities in 2002. Cindy is a (former) Redken Artist, a Shareholder, a Certified Redken Colorist, and an Educator within the organization. She has appeared on the television show “Ambush Makeover” on FOX Television, and is a resident Guest Artist at Paul Mitchell The School (in Tampa) & at The Salon Professional Academy of Tampa (www.thesalonprofessionalacademy.com).
Personal info: Cindy has a love of animals, martial arts, and is originally from West Virginia.

Stacie Ysidro: Shareholder & Hair Designer

Stacie, a native of Tampa, began her Cosmetology career (at age 17) at New Identities as an Assistant to Kelly Rockquemore (founder), at the original New Identities Salon location in 1998. Since becoming a full-time stylist, Stacie’s accomplishments include being a Certified Redken Colorist, a Shareholder, an Educator within the organization, and has appeared on “A Wedding Story” on The Learning Channel.
Personal facts: Stacie is also a Certified Life Coach, and her passion is belly dancing, studying Astrology, and is a proud mother of two: Ryan, and Vaeila
